Florals reminiscent of the Dutch Golden Age – organic and wild – marked VAEFNO 2017. A luxury shopping experience – complete with Gelato Messina refreshments – the florals carried the theme throughout. They were reflected on stage – in stark contrast to the city’s surrounds – to mark the opening of the event and again illustrations by artist Adriana Pickers. Feminine and elegant, the iconic masthead came to life through each activation – playing to the Dutch portrait tradition, a live photoshoot saw a pink velvet armchair against a backdrop of the VOGUE logo and the lush petals.
It was a money-can’t-buy experience. Think luxe blue lounges, Champagne Pommery on tap, gelato to hand and hair styling at the ready. American Express cardholders were treated to a branded oasis at Vogue’s Fashion Night Out. Florals carried the VOGUE theme while LED screen showed bespoke editorial styled photoshoot showcasing Key American Express merchants. Shopping, on screen.
