A private dinner for 150 guests, Biota’s James Viles’ menu found a home for the night at Carriageworks’ newly-launched Bay 21 space. Here, delicately-arranged white flowers ran down the gold-mirrored table. Every element of this evening met the brief of luxury dining – from the crisp folds of white linen to the gilded cutlery. It was elegance, refined and amplified. Art-inspired and interactive, the night was created thanks to a partnership with leading advertising agency DT.
